Oris has launched the new Aquis Date Orange / Yellow diving watch. The sapphire crystal is printed with orange or yellow minute indexes on the inside. Color matching is based on the medical research ‘underwater perception and performance’ by John Adolfson and Thomas Berghage. Orange and yellow are the two most prominent colors underwater.
The stainless steel case has a diameter of 43 mm, is equipped with anti-glare sapphire crystal and black ceramic inlay, and is water-resistant to 300 meters. Equipped with Swiss-made Calix733 automatic movement (based on SellitaSW200-1), 26 gems, 28,800 vibrations / hour (4 Hz), 38 hours power reserve.
The face of the disc is black. The superscript luminescent hour and minute hands are coated with SuperLuminova fluorescent layer, and the orange or yellow nickel second hand is decorated with SuperLuminova fluorescent “lollipop” inlays. Oris’ new AquisDate dive watch is equipped with a minute-tone tonal rubber strap, a black rubber strap, or a stainless steel metal bracelet.
